Scope
This notice covers information submitted through the Ananta Infotech website at https://anantainfotech.co.in. The current website is an information and inquiry site; it does not provide user accounts or accept course payments online.
Information the Website Processes
- Contact and inquiry details: your name, phone number, optional email address, message, selected course, and preferred contact method when those fields are present.
- Security data: the inquiry endpoints use a connection IP address for basic rate limiting and receive a Cloudflare Turnstile token to check that a submission is made by a person.
- Third-party map data: the contact page embeds Google Maps. Loading that map connects your browser to Google, which may receive device, browser, and network information under its own policies.
How Information Is Used
- To receive, review, and respond to your inquiry.
- To discuss the course or service you selected.
- To send an acknowledgment when you provide an email address.
- To validate submissions and limit repeated automated requests.
The current site does not include a newsletter subscription or a mechanism for selling personal information.
Service Providers
The current implementation sends or exposes limited information to:
- Resend: inquiry details are sent through Resend so they can be delivered to Ananta Infotech's business email inboxes and, when applicable, to send you an acknowledgment.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: the form loads Cloudflare's anti-abuse service and the server sends the resulting token to Cloudflare for verification.
- Google Maps: the embedded location map is supplied by Google and loads directly from Google when you visit the contact page.
These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy notices.
Storage and Retention
The website does not currently store inquiries in a separate customer database. Submitted details are delivered to business email inboxes and may remain there until they are manually removed. A formal retention schedule should be approved as part of legal and operational review.

You can avoid sending inquiry data by contacting us directly. To ask what inquiry information we hold, request a correction, or request deletion, email us at info@anantainfotech.co.in. Whether a request can be completed may depend on applicable legal or operational record-keeping requirements.
Security
The website uses input validation, anti-abuse checks, and encrypted HTTPS connections when deployed correctly. No internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, so do not send passwords, financial data, identity documents, or other sensitive information through an inquiry form.
